We'll introduce ourselves, discuss any concerns you have, and then perform a thorough assessment of your entire roof system. This includes walking the roof to inspect tiles, underlayment, flashing, valleys, chimneys, vents, and skylights. We take detailed photos of everything — especially any problem areas. After the inspection (typically 45-90 minutes depending on roof size), we'll walk you through what we found with the photos, explain what's urgent versus what can wait, and provide a written estimate for any recommended work. If your roof is in good shape, we'll tell you that honestly. The whole process is educational and pressure-free.

Most inspections can be scheduled within 2-5 business days. For urgent situations — like an active leak — we prioritize emergency inspections and can often get someone out within 24 hours. If you're on a tight timeline (like a real estate transaction with a closing date), let us know when you call and we'll do our best to accommodate. We serve the entire Phoenix metro area and East Valley, so we're never far from your neighborhood.

It's not required, but we recommend it if possible. Being home lets us hear your concerns firsthand and show you what we find in real time. That said, if you can't be there, we can perform the exterior inspection and then follow up by phone or email with photos and our findings. For interior access (like checking the attic or inspecting a water stain from inside), we do need someone to let us in.
